Van's Pattern Corp. occupies a modern 40,000 sq. ft. facility in
downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. Started in 1960 by Ebel Vander
Molen, and now owned by Glenn McQuarter and Larry Dehart, Van's is
proud of its family heritage. Remaining flexible and pushing the envelope of
pattern technology has propelled Van's to become
a national leader in the manufacture of polystyrene patterns.
Modern CNC milling machines, guided by our state of the art
CAD/CAM department, deliver an accurate, quality product to our
customers with astounding speed. Our experienced patternmakers
and finishers then add the legendary Van's quality touch by
hand crafting the pattern to meet and exceed your expectations.
As a result of Van's leadership in polystyrene pattern manufacturing,
we have bucked the trend and remained viable in the
extremely competitive automotive industry. We have also extended
our business model to traditional foundry patterns as well as various prototyped parts.
With more than 50 years serving customers like you, we have much
to be thankful for. We look forward to meeting your pattern needs.
